Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerettloven)

As a consumer in Norway, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order, without stating a reason. This right is provided under the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (Angrerettloven) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email or post) before the 14-day period has expired. You may use the standard withdrawal form provided below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return and full refund:

• The product must be in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging.
• The seal must be intact. Once the protective seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned for hygiene and consumer safety reasons, in accordance with Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
• The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the product.
• The product must be returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us by email or post:

Please include your name, order number, and the reason for the return (optional). We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the product unless the product was defective or we sent an incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, at no cost to you. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back.

If the product is returned in a used, damaged, or opened condition (other than as necessary to assess the product), we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for diminished value in accordance with applicable law.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you have the rights provided under the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act (Forbrukerkjøpsloven). Please contact us within a reasonable time of discovering the defect. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, and will cover return shipping costs.

7. Products Exempt from the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery. Therefore, products with a broken or removed hygiene seal cannot be returned.
